experience. Trained in Boulder Colorado and now practicing in Santa Monica, the
combination of her humor, energy, and optimistic nature make each of her classes
unique. Susanne is the mother of four, a 22-yr Transitions Advisor, and the
creator of The Conrad Method.
She is currently the Director of Possibility for Lululemon Athletica Inc. She is
a Certified Nia Blue Belt.
